Richard E. Bleil, Ph.D., Founder, President and CEO
Dr. Bleil was was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his B.S. in
chemistry from the University of Cincinnati. He worked in industry in
Cincinnati as an analytical chemist before returning to college to earn his
Ph.D. from Boston College. Since then, he worked as a post-doc at the
Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, as a visiting scientist at
Harvard University, a post doc at Purdue University, and as an assistant
professor at the Kettering College of Medical Arts. He attained the rank
of tenured full professor at Dakota State University before founding Bleil
Laboratories, Inc.

Tamera Nordaune, Laboratory Manager
Tami,
as she goes by, was born and raised in the Southwestern Minnesota town of Wood
Lake. After graduating from Lakeview High School (Cottonwood, MN), she spent
time studying Marine Biology in Wisconsin (Carroll College) and Hawai’I (Hawai’i
Pacific University). After three years of college, she veered off the path of
Marine Biology and onto that of Environmental Science. Tami earned her B.S. in
Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota in St.Paul in May of
2006. During her schooling, she worked for the United States Department of
Agriculture – Agricultural Research Service doing both laboratory and field
work.
