            Company objectives:

Bleil Laboratories will become a fully accredited, highly respected analytical laboratory with a reputation for high quality, personal service and commitment to the community.

            A business is only as valuable as it is perceived.  As a poor reputation spreads much more rapidly than a solid reputation, Bleil Laboratories, Inc. is dedicated to the highest service as possible to the clients, the community and the employees. 

            Service to the client means that Bleil Laboratories, Inc. is dedicated to keeping its promises to its clients.  Let the word of Bleil Laboratories, Inc. be taken as a promise of the highest quality and standards of service.  This means not only meeting deadlines and performing requested services at reasonable rates, but also in taking the initiative when possible to provide accurate recommendations or performing additional tests, free of charge unless the client volunteers otherwise, when it pertains to matters of client and/or community safety. 

            Service to the Community means that Bleil Laboratories, Inc. recognizes itself as a component of the society and as such has obligations to the community.  In safety and service, let no distance be considered too far.  This means that Bleil Laboratories, Inc. will hire from within the greater Madison area for jobs as much as possible, and will participate with activities of importance to the community.  In addition, as testing and information gathering becomes significant, whether it be for the area in general or to individuals of the community, Bleil Laboratories, Inc. will do everything possible to ensure that such services are provided with the end focus on the good of the community above and beyond financial gain.

            Service to the employees means that Bleil Laboratories, Inc. understands that the happier employees are, the better their job performance will be.  As the principle focus of Bleil Laboratories, Inc. is on quality of service, it is important to keep employees happy so as to ensure their performance matches the desired level of quality.  This means not only to provide protection for employees by providing a safe and healthy working environment, the best family insurance policies possible, and workplace perks, but also additional, non-standard benefits where possible.  Examples might include enrollment in community services such as the Community Center or theatrical performances, day-care for children of employees, release time for family needs and profit sharing.

• Variable cost scales will be established based on the needs of the clients, ranging from screening (least expensive for rapid testing) to Certified testing
• Emergency testing will never exceed standard testing rates
• Quality control/assurance in Bleil Laboratories, Inc. will exceed industrial standards
• Bleil Laboratories, Inc. will guarantee turn-around times and costs, or the services will be provided at our expense

            We are dedicated to serving our community to the best of our abilities.

• Testing for local and non-local government and emergency agencies, even in times of crisis, will never exceed the cost scales of all of our clients
• When hiring positions, we will hire from within the community as often as possible
• In times of slow business, our employees will be kept sharp by testing various areas around the community for the sole purpose of identifying, and helping to eliminate, any potential environmental hazards
• New local business ventures will be supported as possible, and current businesses will be the preferred means for necessary support
